Requirement of Paper Presentation

1. An additional RMB 350/USD 50 per page is required for papers over 6 pages, with a maximum of 8 pages.
2. At least one of the authors must make a Regular or Member registration by March 31, 2024 in order for their papers to be included in the program and proceedings of IPEMC 2024.
3. One Regular/Member registration is eligible to present maximum two papers with extra fee of RMB 2000/USD 250 for the second paper. Student registration isn't eligible to present papers. If a student need to present paper, please register as Regular or Member (If you are).【论文被收录至少需要一位作者以一般或者会员身份注册参会。】

4. The above registration fee does not include the transfer fee, which will be borne by the participants.

Note:

Here we illustrate several cases of multiple papers & persons registration.

Case 1: Early registration & membership rate, one person (professor or student), one paper -> RMB 4500 or USD 650.

Case 2: Early registration & membership rate, one person (professor or student), two papers -> RMB 4500+2000=6500 or USD 650+250=900.

Case 3: Early registration & membership rate, one professor + one student, one paper -> RMB 4500+2500=7000 or USD 650+350=1000.

Case 4: Early registration & membership rate, one professor + one student, two papers -> RMB 4500+2000+2500=9000 or USD 650+250+350=1250.

Case 5: Early registration & membership rate, two professors, two papers -> RMB 4500+4500=9000 or USD 650+650=1300.

Case 6: Early registration & membership rate, two students, two papers -> RMB 4500+2000+2500=9000 or USD 650+250+350=1250.

Case 7: Early registration & membership rate, one professor, zero paper -> RMB 4500 or USD 650.

Case 8: Early registration & membership rate, one student, zero paper -> RMB 2500 or USD 350.

4. Cancellation and refund
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* Cancellation before March 31: 100% of payment refund.
* Cancellation during April 1 - April 30: 80% of payment refund.
* Cancellation during May 1 - May 15: 50% of payment refund.
* Cancellation after May 15: no refund.
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email.
