1.   Authors must submit the full paper through the  IPEMC 2024-ECCE Asia FULL PAPER SUBMISSION SYSTEM  no later than Mar. 10, 2024
2.   Please  DO NOT WRITE the page numbers on the paper.
3.   We recommend length of manuscript as follows:
      • Minimum number of pages: 4    • Maximum number of pages: 6     

 An additional RMB 350/USD 50 per page is required for papers over 6 pages, with a maximum of 8 pages.

NOTE: Last but not least, the Title and Author information (such as First Name (名), Last Name (姓), Organization, Email) in the paper must be consistent with the content filled in the paper submission system. If there are any adjustments in the paper, please click on the Edit Submission in the submission system（ https://www.openconf.org/ipemc2024/openconf.php ） to make modifications. 

Attain IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF(s)

1.   Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using https://ieee-pdf-express.org/.
2.   Enter: 60879X for the Conference ID.
3.   First-time users should select the Create Account.
4.   An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Submit the Copyright (After April 15th)

Please access Openconf System and then click 'Submit Copyright' button to submit the copyright.

Note: Copyright can only be submitted once. Please confirm that all author information, including email, is correct and complete in the paper submission system before submitting the copyright. The deadline for copyright submission is May 1st.

1.   Registration open date: Jan. 20, 2024.
2.   At least one of the authors must make a registration by Mar. 31, 2024 in order for their papers to be included in the program and Proceedings of IPEMC 2024-ECCE Asia.

1.   IPEMC 2024-ECCE Asia will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the IPEMC 2024-ECCE Asia reviewing period.
2.   IPEMC 2024-ECCE Asia is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
